Based on J.M. Barrie’s tale of a little boy who refused to grow up, this illustration strives to convey the Peter Pan narrative in a single image.

This invitation was created for my son’s first birthday party and attempts to capture the innocence of childhood. Shown is his favorite toy at the time – a spinning top – and his sidekick Lucy.
